Chrisnjill,Fountain v. McDonald found that TL 10-02's notation that tinnitus cannot be considered a organic disease of the nervous system invalid for the purposes of 3.309. I don't believe M21-1, Part III, Subpart iv, Chapter 4, Section B (adjudication manual section for hearing loss) has been modified in last year.Orientation/clarity of MOS list is something I can't adapt or change.FYI, concession of noise exposure due to MOS does not mean that the VA will conceded that a current disagnosis of hearing loss is related to service.
